Nairobi-Samburu-  Mara- Lamu- Nairobi.

Day 1

Arrival of guests at the Jomo Kenyatta international airport. To be met by our representative who will transfer the guests to a Nairobi hotel for dinner overnight stay and relaxation.

Samburu National Reserve

Day 2/3    After breakfast the guests will be met by our representative transfer them to Wilson airport to board a scheduled flight to Samburu national reserve. This reserve is in the northern frontier of Kenya where the sun and the aridity are really punishing.

To check in Samburu intrepid which is a spacious tented luxury. Its perched on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro river in the wild heartlands of Samburu reserves. Being deep inside the reserve guarantees close encounters with the rare species found here; reticulated giraffe, long-necked Gerenuk, Antelope, Somali Ostrich and Baisy Oryx. Elephants and Leopards are also found here.

Activities include:

• twice- daily game drives with professional guide.
• Camel trekking outside the reserve.
• Bush breakfast and dinners under the stars.
• Romantic sundowners overlooking the plain.
• Visits to neighbouring Samburu villages where guests will learn about their culture, how to start a fire without matches

Day 4/5/6: Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast depart for airstrip for a scheduled flight to Maasai Mara; check in at the Mara Intrepids for lunch. This is a luxury tented camp widely spread across a large riverside to ensure guests the optimum of privacy and peace. Maasai Mara national reserve is a home to the big five,other mammals and several bird species.

Its also connected to the Serengeti of Tanzania eco system; where annual migration of wildebeests take place between July – October.

Activities.

Twice- daily game drives, visit to the Maasai village to learn the way of life, balloon safari on the Mara, bush breakfast and dinner under the stars, romantic sundowners on the Mara plain.

Day 7/8/9: Lamu Coastal Town

After breakfast, depart to the airstrip for a scheduled flight Wilson airport, in time for another flight to Lamu. Arrive in Lamu airport in the afternoon, transfer to Kipungani lamu lodge. This is a lodge containing spacious Chalets and raised stilt houses silting above the soft sands of kipungani bay. The lodge is shaded by the palm trees that line the 600m beach front.

Activities.

Snorkelling and diving on the reefs, wind surfing and kayaking, creek or deep-sea game fishing, bird walks, visits to the Lamu’s historic mosques, markets and museum. Day trips to the ancient ruined forts of Manda Island.

Day 10

After lunch transfer to the airstrip for a scheduled flight to Wilson
airport.

Have a farewell dinner at the celebrated carnivore restaurant courtesy of zoar tours. Thereafter transfer to the airport for flight home.
